The full terms are still being written. Rather than borrow someone else's, here is the substance of the arrangement as it stands.

This is a tool, not a tax adviser. It computes from the statements and answers you give it. Every figure it produces is traceable to the transactions behind it precisely so that you, or your lawyer, can check it before anything is filed.

Filing remains yours. The app produces a worksheet for a human to key into IRIS. It does not file on your behalf, and it refuses to produce a worksheet at all while the numbers on it cannot be trusted.

Lawyers in the directory are verified, not endorsed. A verified badge means a Super Admin checked a bar registration document. It is not a recommendation and it is not a guarantee of the work.

Your data survives your subscription. A lapsed plan loses the paid quotas, never the records you entered. You can always read and export your ledger.
