The vault
Where documents live, who can see them, and what sharing actually shares.
Statements, tax certificates, receipts and anything else worth keeping with the year it belongs to. Files are stored encrypted and served through short-lived signed links, so a URL that leaks stops working.
Sharing is per document
Engaging a lawyer does not hand them your vault. You share one document at a time, and you can stop sharing it. A lawyer sees exactly the documents you named and the tax years your engagement covers.
Attaching evidence
A document can be attached to a transaction as its evidence — the vehicle purchase invoice against the payment, the tax certificate against the deduction. That link is what turns "where did this number come from?" into one click during an audit.
Deleting
Deleting a document removes it from the vault and from any share. Anything it was attached to keeps its own record; the evidence link simply becomes empty.
Try it on your own year
Import a statement and see the balance chain verify it. The free tier is enough to find out whether this suits you.
