Verifications

A lawyer appears in the public directory only after you have checked their bar registration against the document they submitted. The badge is the platform's only claim about a stranger's credentials — treat it as one.

Parser failures

Each entry is a real statement somebody could not import. The log holds the file name, detected format and error, never the file's contents. A cluster from one bank usually means a layout changed.

Rule promotions

Promoting a user's rule into the global library changes categorization for everybody, including retroactively when ledgers are re-categorized. Read the pattern, not just the category.

Subscriptions

A stored status is never trusted on its own — active with a past expiry is what a missed renewal leaves behind, so the clock decides, with 14 days of grace.

Two things worth knowing before you click:

• Renewing early extends the current expiry rather than restarting from today.
• A comp writes no payment row, so it can never appear as revenue. It requires a stated reason.

Audit

Every privileged action with who did it and when. Details are shown only for platform entities, by allowlist — transaction amounts and category paths are deliberately withheld, because an admin screen is not a hole in a user's privacy.
